Visit Over 20 Species of Animals Wildly Up Close

On a tour of our park, you’ll walk the three-quarter-mile path with an experienced tour guide and learn about each of our animals—and each species’ ecological importance. Every visit is a conversation! Reservations required for certain tours and events.

Jabari LionThe Animal Park at the Conservators Center is open Saturday and Sunday each week for Public Tours, Private Tours, and seasonal events! We also have Group Tours for social groups, college clubs, and scout troops during the week, as well as weekday Wild Field Trips for school programs. No matter what you’re looking for—be it a Birthday Party or a Photo Safari—the Animal Park is the perfect, wild retreat where you can explore and learn about the magnificent animals in our care. Reservations are required unless otherwise specified.

Ticket prices start at $16 for Adventures and $26 for Twilights.

Volunteers are active at every level of our organization; no previous experience required. Donating your time to the Animal Park gives you the opportunity to be part of wildlife education, to advocate for species preservation, and to form lasting relationships—with humans and animals.

As a Member

A membership to the Animal Park is a great way to get involved and support the animals you love on an ongoing basis. Membership comes with a number of benefits, including unlimited Adventure Tours for you and up to three guests. (Benefits vary by membership level.) Guardian of the Pride Membership includes adoption of an animal of your choice.

The Animal Park at the Conservators Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to educating people, caring for animals, and advocating for species. We are focused on wildlife education throughout the Triangle and Triad areas of North Carolina, and we partner with other organizations around the state and across the country to create opportunities for members of the public to learn more about the animals we share our planet with.
